This Agreement applies specifically to your use, as a developer, of the application programming interfaces (APIs) or other developer tools provided through the Service to develop products and services for use within organizations or by end users.

Please be advised that your actual use of the Service signifies that you and the Company have reached an agreement on the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement and any other relevant agreements, policies, or guidelines referenced in the Service (collectively, the “Agreements Relating to the Use of the Service”) shall together have contractual effect. If you disagree with any provision of the Agreements Relating to the Use of the Service, or if you are unable to accurately understand our interpretation of any provision, please stop using the Service. Otherwise, you will be deemed to have accepted all terms and applicable conditions set forth in the Agreements Relating to the Use of the Service.

# Article 1 Account Creation and Use

1.1 Before using the Service, you must complete real-name registration as prompted on the relevant page, provide true, accurate, lawful, and valid information as required, and confirm your agreement to the Agreements Relating to the Use of the Service. If the materials you submit or the information you provide are inaccurate, untrue, noncompliant, or if we have reason to suspect that such materials or information are incorrect, false, or unlawful, we have the right to refuse to provide the relevant functions. As a result, you may be unable to use the Software and related services, or certain functions may be restricted during your use. The account information you create constitutes your credentials for logging in to and using the Service.

1.2 When creating and using an account, you must undertake or warrant that:
(1) You assume full responsibility for the authenticity, lawfulness, and validity of the account information; you will promptly update your registration information; you will not impersonate any other person; and you will not create an account or use the Service in another person’s name.
(2) You will properly safeguard your account and password. If any dispute arises concerning a user account or conduct carried out under that account, the user shall bear full responsibility.
(3) You will not maliciously register accounts, including but not limited to frequent registration or bulk registration.
(4) The account may be used only by you and your personnel (where you are a lawful employing entity), and you may not transfer, lend, lease, gift, bequeath, or otherwise provide the account to any other person for use in any form.

1.3 After you create an account, if we discover that you obtained registration of an account name through false information, we have the right, unilaterally and without notice, to require rectification within a specified period, suspend use, terminate the account, or take other measures.
1.4 If you discover any unauthorized use of a user account, you must notify us immediately, and we will provide the fullest possible cooperation and assistance in handling the matter. However, you shall bear legal responsibility for all losses caused by the disclosure of your account or password.

1.5 If you request cancellation of your account and we approve the request after review, we will cancel the registered user account, whereupon the contractual relationship between the user and us will terminate. However, after the user cancels the account, we will still have the right to:
(1) Retain the user’s registration data and prior activity records, except to the extent they constitute personal information;
(2) Exercise the rights stipulated in this Agreement with respect to any unlawful conduct or breach of this Agreement committed by the user while using the Service before cancellation.

1.6 You acknowledge and agree that we may charge fees for some or all functions of the Service. In such cases, you must pay the applicable fees in accordance with the pricing information and applicable subscription terms presented to you at the time of purchase. If you fail to pay the applicable service fees as agreed, we have the right, unilaterally and without notice, to suspend or terminate the provision of the Service. You shall bear responsibility for any resulting losses suffered by you or your customers.
